Accessibility

For our friends who are visually impaired, you need only click on the upper-right hand corner widget icon for assistance. The icon below is just an image of the upper-right hand corner widget. You can move this widget to any 8 locations on your home page for your efficiency by clicking on the icon, then the Move sections.

Alternatively, you can use the keyboard command (CTRL + U) to access the accessibility widget.

This will allow you to change the following to make your viewing experience much more enjoyable:

  • Contrast
  • Highlight Links
  • Bigger Text
  • Text Spacing
  • Pause Animations (We have none here on Toonsburgh)
  • Dyslexia Friendly
  • Cursor
  • Tool Tips
  • Line Height
  • Text Align
  • Saturation
  • Reset All
  • Move – You can relocate the widget to eight different locations
  • Hide

We hope our friends with accessibility challenges will be able to laugh and enjoy the toons here.

A special thanks to our friend Cameron who has Retinitis Pigmentosa who helped give us guidance.

We are proud to be error free, according to WAVE – Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool with a very rare, “Congratulations! No errors were detected!”

Very few sites in the world, including the world’s biggest, are error free. We try our best to make sure that our cartoons are available to as many as possible, regarding what physical challenges they might encounter.
